Please read these terms and conditions ("terms and conditions", "terms") carefully before using the Hotel website (“website”, "service") operated by Company name ("us", 'we", "our"). The Customer may also be referred to as "Guest", "User", or "You" in the below terms and conditions. Hotel values privacy, experience, and simplicity. As such, you will enjoy a more seamless self-check in. We strive to maximize your feeling of seclusion and streamline some of the less-exciting parts of travel. We are just a phone call away if you have any questions or issues.
SMS opt in:
- By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you authorize Hotel to send text messages and emails with details regarding your reservation information and other offers. Message/data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Conditions of Use:
- By using this website, you certify that you have read and reviewed this Agreement and that you agree to comply with its terms. If you do not want to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, you are advised to leave the website accordingly. Hotel only grants use and access of this website, its products, and its services to those who have accepted its terms.
Age Restriction:
- You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age before you can secure a reservation with us. Hotel assumes no responsibility for liabilities related to age misrepresentation.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of booking and 30 days prior to reservation for FARMFEST. All other bookings are non-refundable.
- Refunds: In the event there is an identified deficiency with the accommodation or guest experience, a discount or refund may be agreed upon in writing by Guest and Hotel . IN THE EVENT A DISCOUNT OR REFUND IS AGREED UPON, GUEST WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SUBMIT A CHARGEBACK CASE WITH THE ISSUER OF THE PAYMENT METHOD USED TO BOOK THEIR STAY. AGREEMENT TO A DISCOUNT OR REFUND IS EVIDENCE THAT GUEST DEEMS THE ISSUE RESOLVED AND THAT GUEST HAS BEEN SUFFICIENTLY COMPENSATED.
Check-in / Check-out:
- Check-in is at 3:00 pm CST, Check-out is at 11:00 am (CST) unless otherwise agreed upon.
Events and Parties:
- Only pre-approved gatherings, parties and events are allowed.
Taxes:
- All reservations are subject to the following taxes: State Lodging 7.375% and City Sales 3.01%
Indemnification:
- Limitation on Liability: Hotel is not liable for any damages that may occur to you as a result of your misuse of our website or services. Hotel reserves the right to edit, modify, and change this Agreement at any time. We shall let our users know of these changes through electronic mail. This Agreement is an understanding between Hotel and the user, and this supersedes and replaces all prior agreements regarding the use of this website.
Lost or Stolen Items:
- Please call the hotel within 48 hours if you believe you have lost or left behind items you want mailed to you. You are responsible for the cost to mail/ship the item(s).
Maintenance:
- Please be advised that our cleaning and on-site management team may be seen in the area for cleaning and maintenance visits. Also, it is impossible to guarantee that all appliances will be in working order 100% of the time. We do guarantee to make every effort to correct all deficiencies as soon as possible during normal business hours. Report all maintenance problems to our support team anytime during your stay. Non-emergency maintenance will be handled the next day.
Payments:
- All payments are processed through the PCI compliant software. All reservations require a valid credit card number on file. The full Amount of the reservation is due upon check in.
Damage to Hotel:
- In the event that negligent damages or stolen items result to the room, the hotel will charge your credit card to cover any cost imposed on the hote.
Smoking Policy: - As per Minnesota Clean Indoor Air Act (MCIAA) our facility is a non smoking hotel. A $150.00 smoke cleaning fee will be charged in the event that you smoke in the room.
Pet Policy:
- We gladly welcome your most cherished travel companion. Please inform the hotel that you’ll have a dog (or dogs) staying with you in advance of your arrival.
- Rates are as follows: $30.00 nonrefundable pet fee, per pet. 2 pets max.
- Pets are required to be on a leash and in your control at all times.
- If there are damages to the hotel property, you will be held responsible.
- The hotel does not assume any liability for your dog or its actions while on hotel grounds.
*We welcome guests with disabilities traveling with their service animals. Service animals are not pets and are not subject to this Pet Policy. For more information, please contact the hotel.
SMS and Text Messaging Policy
We use a guest messaging platform to communicate with you regarding your stay. By providing your phone number during the booking process, you consent to receive text messages from the property.
Purpose: Text messaging may be used to send check-in instructions, access information, room readiness updates, and to respond to your requests during your stay.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. You will receive a final confirmation message, after which no further SMS messages will be sent.
Help: If you experience issues or need assistance, you may reply HELP or contact the front desk directly.
Privacy of Mobile Data: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
